Essence of any transformation is change of behaviour. As such, transformation is based on understanding the fundaments of the needed new capabilities and consistency of effort to acquire them.
Transformation is continuous job, it can't be put in a shoebox and picked up occasionally. Compartmentalization of running business and transforming it doesn't work. That’s because transformation is not about doing more things, it is about doing things differently.
